Retail range - 20g & 40g samosas

food service range - 110g samosa

Surti’s Samosas are available in a 110g variety in four flavours - Vegetable, Chicken, Butter Chicken and Lamb. These samosas are perfect as an option in a deli cabinet or a pie warmer for those on the run.

These samosas are available in both raw or precooked options.

The raw variety requires you to deep fry the samosa prior to serving. This is a more cost effective option for those that are able to cook the product to order. These are perfect for restaurants and takeaways or anyone with a deep fryer available.

The precooked samosas come pre-fried and only requires heating in an oven or microwave before serving. For those that do not have a deep fryer or want the convenience of easy preparation, the precooked samosas are exactly what you need. They are great for getting product to plate quickly and painlessly. This is suitable for dairies, cafés , bakeries, lunch bars, delis and service stations.
