Surti's Natural Unsweetened Yoghurt is a "pot pet" yoghurt. This means that each tub is filled with milk and millions of live cultures and set individually. This differs from most yoghurts available that are batch fermented. Surti's Yoghurt is also free of gelatin, thickeners, added sugars and preservatives.

Given that the yoghurt is free of gelatin it is suitable for vegetarians and is also halal-certified.

It is "Yoghurt the way it's meant to be" with just milk and live cultures.

Our yoghurt comes in two varieties – Standard and Full Cream. Both yoghurts are natural and unsweetened with the Full Cream being the thicker, creamier option with a slightly higher fat content. The Standard variety is best as is, as an addition to your morning muesli or blended with your favourite berry smoothie. The Full Cream variety is more suited in cooking applications as an addition to curries, pastas, baking, sauces and even desserts. Both varieties are however extremely versatile and can be used throughout all applications.
